Remove the deprecated CONFIG_OF_FLAT_TREE
Use CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT instead to support flattened device trees. It is cleaner, has better functionality, and is better supported. Signed-off-by: Gerald Van Baren <vanbaren@cideas.com>
