Disable -Werrorbaserock/tiagogomes/update-toolchain
With the latest GCC releases, Syslinux will not be able to compile with
this flag active. Note that Syslinux supports passing a NO_WERROR
variable, but unfortunately it doesn't disable the flag for all targets.
