tests: extend test coverage of setuid syscall
* tests/setugid.c: New file. * tests/setuid.c: New file. * tests/setuid.test: New test. * tests/.gitignore: Add setuid. * tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise. (DECODER_TESTS): Add setuid.test. (EXTRA_DIST): Add setugid.c.
