The 0e571054a61e commit and the BZ 13184 have fixed this for nmb and samba, so do exactly the same here, for smb. But when smb and winbind services are initiated via sysv init scripts, another variable named DAEMON_COREFILE_LIMIT takes higher priority in deciding the core file size.
