lib: Remove fncall.c
This was meant as a nice wrapper around pthreadpool_add_job. pthreadpool_tevent_job_send does the same thing. The getaddrinfo_send/recv was the only example and can easily be re-added on top of pthreadpool_tevent_job_send.
