s4:dsdb: add dsdb_trust_domain_by_{sid,name}()
This gets the lsa_ForestTrustDomainInfo for the searched
domain as well as the lsa_TrustDomainInfoInfoEx for the
direct trust (which might be the same for external trust or
the forest root domain).
