* lib/net/http.rb (Net::HTTPHeader#sub_type): should return nil when there's no sub Content-Type (e.g. "Content-Type: text").
* lib/net/http.rb (Net::HTTPHeader#type_params): wrongly failed when there's no Content-Type.
