* ext/etc/etc.c: add new functions: setpwent, getpwent, endpwent,
setgrent, getgrent, endgrent.
* ext/socket/socket.c (sock_s_gethostbyname): do not reverse lookup.
* Makefile.in: copy lex.c from $(srcdir) if it's not the current
directory. [ruby-dev:21437]
