QtPatternist::AtomicValue is a polymorphic non- exported class, so this failed at link-time. Ditto for the other cases. Fix by autotest-exporting the classes. Also, where applicable, de-inline the dtors, so the vtable (and typeinfo) are pinned to one TU.
