Fix AVFVideoWindowControl/AVFVideoWidget content flick on resize
When AVPlayerLayer as a backend for AVFVideoWindowControl being resized,
macOS adds animation that interferes with Qt resize routines.
Disabling animation fixes visual flicks.
Task-number: QTBUG-82542
