These tests require test plugins which must be installed. However
the CI does not run "make install" when shadow building with install path.
Subsequently the plugins are not found.
We add the plugin path of the shadow build dir to the library path
enabling the various plugin loader cases to find the required plugin
binaries.

For consistency (with minimal disruption to the Qt 5.0.0 release),
namespaces with a "Qt" prefix were renamed.

this is more convenient for the developer.

This change adapts geoservice plugins to use the new Qt5 plugin API,
performing boolean feature detection all through the JSON blobs
rather than methods on factories or managers.
As a result of this centralisation, it was also necessary to rework
the QML API for the Plugin element a little. Some additional changes
were made to the declarative places plugin to prevent it crashing
due to plugins becoming available later than they did previously.

Provide a default implementation for all QPlaceManagerEngine virtual
functions. Plugin authors no longer need to explicitly implement
these functions to return errored replies.
