From Qt 5.7 -> LGPL v2.1 isn't an option anymore, see
http://blog.qt.io/blog/2016/01/13/new-agreement-with-the-kde-free-qt-foundation/
Updated license headers to use new LGPL header instead of LGPL21 one
(in those files which will be under LGPL v3)

The c++ to QML interaction document exists twice. Once for QtLocation
and a second time for QtPositioning. Although the content is different
the page title was same which created broken links.
The very same pages also created hard links with \target which were
named the same way the QML type was named. This created clashing
link targets.

-QDoc ignores these and uses the "\qmlmodule QtPositioning 5.0"
to determine the import statement.
-Better to remove now to avoid confusion.

QtPositioning is not dependent on any gui component and mostly
covers everything around the retrieval of position information.
QtLocation covers place, map and navigation APIs.
Several documentation issues were fixed during the process.
