Together with making the virtual init() method of QAbstractGeoTileCache public, instead of protected, this patch effectively disentangle QAbstractGeoTileCache/QGeoFileTileCache from the QGeoTiledMappingManagerEngine, and makes it usable potentially also by other (tile) renderers.
