additionalData is now superseded by place attributes.
In the qjsondetailsparser processAdContentPackages used to put
some content into additional data. indicating whether a place type
was an "ad_prime_plus" place. For the Qt 5 use case, for 3rd party
developers this doesn't seem necessary and neither does it seem
part of the new REST API.
Also it seems that the search type has erroneously been placed into
the additionalData. This is not necessary as the SearchResult
already has the type defined.

This is to be more consistent with the other place classes
like QPlaceManager.
The alternative would be for everything to have the QGeo prefix
e.g QGePlaceManager, QGeoPlaceCategory,
the Geo prefix does not help much in avoiding name collisions
since 'Place' shouldn't collide with anything anyway.
For classes like routing the Geo prefix is necessary to give
context for what's being routed.

Do not attempt to compile a private symbols autotest in a
public-symbols-only build.
Explicitly opt-in to QtWidgets where needed.
Replace QApplication with QGuiApplication where QtWidgets is not needed.

This test stably fails, referring to QML types which don't seem to
exist. Ideally it would be marked with QEXPECT_FAIL, but it is a QML
test and the failure is at compilation phase, so there does not seem to
be a feasible way to accomplish this.

It's only really useful for debugging, but we still have
a lot of that in front of us.

This works around a problem with the QPolygonF
intersection code that we were having recently.
It also means that tilting a 2D map no longer
fetches all of the tiles to the edge of the map
within the field of view (ie clips tile fetching
at the far plane properly).
However, the tilting has exposed that there's a
bug in the code that works out which tiles to
fetch based on the bounding surface, so I'll
try to fix that next.

The old code has some dependencies on some QPainter

Modifies the 2D map to take into account the window size.
Previously we were setting various values based on the
window sizes we were using for testing, which was
never going to work in the long term.
We might want to try to find out the DPI of the
display and take that into account later on as well.

This was initially written to work with QPixmaps, which
have a y-axis that points in the other direction.

Quick and dirty fix for map item rendering.
We now draw the map, disable the depth test, draw the
objects, then re-enable the depth dest.
It's a bit dirty but it seems to work.
Some of the map3d system test was modified to make
it easier to check what works and what doesn't
while this is played with. It'll probably
change back once we've gotten this down.

One last little change for the declarative texture problem.
This change trades off correct behaviour for up to twice
the memory consumption - once in the texture and once
in the image - although we should be able to
have both.
I need to get my declarative environment up to scratch so
I can figure this out properly.

Makes the tile cache eviction rendering-thread-aware.
Some things weren't being cleaned up previously because
we needed to clean them up in the rendering thread. The MapSphere
class had a method for this but TileCache has the information.
The cleanup is now done in TileCache, however the interface
between the two classes for this task could do with some
neatening.

Refactors the code to separate the 2D and 3D mapping classes.
Quite a few optimizations and other fixes are included.

Fixes some camera bugs.
The bearing rotation was being applied twice, and
the coordinate interpolation was moving in the wrong direction
i.e. from the end to the start. Fixed now.

These signals indicate changes to the database. These 3 signals
are provided rather than a single placesChanged() signal because
it gives greater granularity. E.g. if a place is removed,
we may want to know precisely which one it is so we can remove
it from a model.
For the SearchResultmodel whenever a place is added, updated, or
deleted we reload the model by executing the query again.
For now in the jsondb plugin implement signal emission
manually whenever a request is finished. In a future change
we will use proper jsondb notifications.
For the online plugins, we do not expect these signals to be emitted.
Also place removal now uses the QPlaceIdReply.

The support*() functions could return false negatives when an error
occurs when instantiating a previous manager.

The id reply is meant for operation in which we return an id
such as saving a place, removing a category etc.
The id reply has an operationType() property which tells us what
the operation was.
We don't use the QPlaceReply::type() to hold the operation type
because the reply type should indicate the contents of the reply,
eg the content reply holds place content, the search reply
holds search results therefore the id reply holds an id.

QGeoServiceProvider is designed to provide cached instances of manager
objects, allowing a single manager to be used for the entire
application. This feature was not being used for QML applications as
all of the declarative elements were creating a new QGeoServiceProvider
based on the data provided in the Plugin element. This happened even if
the same Plugin element was used.
This commit adds a QGeoServiceProvider member to the Plugin element
which should be shared by all users of the Plugin element.

Compiling the proj library as a static lib and then linking as necessary
improves compile speed as we now only build it once. The proj library is
also built with CONFIG+=warn_off which removes a lot of compile warnings
from the build output.

Currently the plugin does not use proper location schema to store
place objects. Also the plugin does some filtering in code rather
than with jsondb queries because it seems the comparison operators
are not working correctly.
These issues are to be addressed in future commits. Currently
only basic place information is stored consisting of name, address
and coordinate.
