Rename textPrediction to searchSuggestion

A suggestion is a more appropriate term since 'prediction'
implies that the search term just is auto-completed.  Suggestions
may be given that do not derive directly from the
entered partial search term.

Also rename TextPredictionModel to PlaceSearchSuggestionModel.
