Fix Mapbox GL plugin OpenGL usage
Previously we were linking directly with the OpenGL library available
in the system. On Windows for instance the only option was ANGLE.
Now Mapbox GL is using OpenGL through QOpenGLFunctions and shall
offer much better compatibility.
