[core][qt] Update unit tests and include Korean symbols

- Decrease pixelmatch tolerance for local glyph rasterizer
- Add Korean symbols to test fixture
- Fix ifdefs, as the QT and Apple related blocks were using same results
- Add NotoSansCJK test for QT / Linux platform
