[build][Qt] Use Ubuntu Trusty for Qt5
Ships with a newer version of Qt5 (Qt 5.2.1) and
it is closer to what we are actually shipping to.
Unfortunately, ATM Trusty will require 'root' [1] and
won't that makes it significantly slower because it
will not use a container version of the build env.
