Doc: Remove obsolete information from 'OS X - Building from Source'
Remove obsolete information:
- Discussing binary packages (done on upper level docs)
- Universal binaries (PowerPC no longer supported)
- Installing tutorials
- Running 'make confclean' (no longer exists)
