Don't use obsolete qVariantValue, qVariantCanConvert, etc.
qVariantValue and qVariantCanConvert are Compatibility members, while in
Qt4.8 they are marked as Qt 3 Support Members.
qVariantFromValue and qVariantSetValue are Obsolete members.
