Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

Simple search and replace. This commit doesn't touch 3rd-party files,
nor translations (where the change is not so simple and will be handled
in a separate commit).

When a new window is shown and splitview is open, native side claims
that available screen area for the application is only the screen area
above keyboard. However, since opening a new window, will eventually
lead to keyboard getting closed, the new window will look strange
occupying only top part of the screen.
Fix it so that when a new window opens and splitview is open, window
will still get its extent set to fullscreen area (minus native panes,
if available).

There is usually only one screen on the emulator and it was incorrectly
assumed that ScreenDevice() would return null for a non-existing
screen. It panics instead so the entire call must be skipped.

When using TV-out, the TV display can be used as an independent screen.
By default the content shown there is a clone of the device screen,
however from now on parenting a widget to QDesktopWidget::screen(1)
and calling show() will turn off cloning and have the widget shown
instead. screenCount() and the screenCountChanged signal can be used
to detect the availability of the secondary display, just like on other
platforms.

QDesktopWidget on Symbian was not properly emitting the resized() and
the workAreaResized() signals. Qt was properly translating the system
event and sending the QResizeEvent to the widget, but the signal
emission is determined solely based on changes in the QVectors of
QRects outlining the screen dimensions. On Symbian, these vectors were
never being set and as a result the signals were never omitted.
The fix is to set the rects correctly in the init() function which is
called by the resizeEvent() handler. Also modify the accessor functions
to return the rectangles stored in the vector instead of querying for
them each time.

The support for multiple screens is not implemented yet in Qt on the
Symbian platform, so there is really no need to query the HAL for the
value since the additional screens can't be used yet anyway. The crash
here occured when the HAL returned more than 1 screen, but the arrays
were resized to contain one element. The loop in resizeEvent() was
iterating past the end of the array because it thought there were more
screens than the arrays did.

QDesktopWidgetPrivate::rects etc variables are shared between
QDesktopWidgetPrivate objects and private objects maintains
refcount to data.
We called cleanup for private object directly from QDesktopWidget,
which caused the shared private data to be freed after some instance
of QDesktopWidget was destroyed. Since we bypassed the refcount also
the data for other QDesktopWidgets was invalidated and this cauyse crash
when resizeEvent was received.
There is no need to call QDesktopWidgetPrivate::cleanup directly since
when QDesktopWidget is deleted, it will call destructor for
QDesktopWidgetPrivate which deletes the shared data based on ref count.

The resize behavior of QDesktopWidget was somewhat undefined on Symbian
because we weren't actually changing the size of the widget. This patch
fixes that and also implements the resizeEvent() function so that it
properly emits signals. We didn't call resize() to change the size here
because our implementation of setGeometry_sys() ignores the desktop
widget since it doesn't have a backing store and isn't a real window.
