Uses the flake8 option per-file-ignores that was introduced in a recent
version of flake8 (3.7.+) to avoid having lots of "noqa" in import
only files

Due to #5933 and to a lesser degree #5934,
put out 1.4.0b3 so that it gets some coverage before release.

Replace :meth:`_orm.Query.with_labels` and
:meth:`_sql.GenerativeSelect.apply_labels` with explicit getters and
setters ``get_label_style`` and ``set_label_style`` to accommodate the
three supported label styles: ``LABEL_STYLE_DISAMBIGUATE_ONLY`` (default),
``LABEL_STYLE_TABLENAME_PLUS_COL``, and ``LABEL_STYLE_NONE``.
In addition, for Core and "future style" ORM queries,
``LABEL_STYLE_DISAMBIGUATE_ONLY`` is now the default label style. This
style differs from the existing "no labels" style in that labeling is
applied in the case of column name conflicts; with ``LABEL_STYLE_NONE``, a
duplicate column name is not accessible via name in any case.
For legacy ORM queries using :class:`_query.Query`, the table-plus-column
names labeling style applied by ``LABEL_STYLE_TABLENAME_PLUS_COL``
continues to be used so that existing test suites and logging facilities
see no change in behavior by default, however this style of labeling is no
longer required for SQLAlchemy queries to function, as result sets are
commonly matched to columns using a positional approach since SQLAlchemy
1.0.
Within test suites, all use of apply_labels() / use_labels
now uses the new methods. New tests added to
test/sql/test_deprecations.py nad test/orm/test_deprecations.py
to cover just the old apply_labels() method call. Tests
in ORM that made explicit use apply_labels()/ etc. where it isn't needed
for the ORM to work correctly use default label style now.

The operator changes are:
* `isfalse` is now `is_false`
* `isnot_distinct_from` is now `is_not_distinct_from`
* `istrue` is now `is_true`
* `notbetween` is now `not_between`
* `notcontains` is now `not_contains`
* `notendswith` is now `not_endswith`
* `notilike` is now `not_ilike`
* `notlike` is now `not_like`
* `notmatch` is now `not_match`
* `notstartswith` is now `not_startswith`
* `nullsfirst` is now `nulls_first`
* `nullslast` is now `nulls_last`
Because these are core operators, the internal migration strategy for this
change is to support legacy terms for an extended period of time -- if not
indefinitely -- but update all documentation, tutorials, and internal usage
to the new terms. The new terms are used to define the functions, and
the legacy terms have been deprecated into aliases of the new terms.

Added the :class:`_schema.Identity` construct that can be used to
configure identity columns rendered with GENERATED { ALWAYS |

PostgreSQL >= 10, Oracle >= 12 and MSSQL (with different syntax
and a subset of functionalities).

The coercions system allows us to add in lambdas as arguments
to Core and ORM elements without changing them at all. By allowing
the lambda to produce a deterministic cache key where we can also
cheat and yank out literal parameters means we can move towards
having 90% of "baked" functionality in a clearer way right in
Core / ORM.
As a second step, we can have whole statements inside the lambda,
and can then add generation with __add__(), so then we have
100% of "baked" functionality with full support of ad-hoc
literal values.
Adds some more short_selects tests for the moment for comparison.
Other tweaks inside cache key generation as we're trying to
approach a certain level of performance such that we can
remove the use of "baked" from the loader strategies.
As we have not yet closed #4639, however the caching feature
has been fully integrated as of
b0cfa7379cf8513a821a3dbe3028c4965d9f85bd, we will also
add complete caching documentation here and close that issue
as well.

the sqlalche.me redirector now supports the numerical version
code in the URL, e.g. /13/, /14/, /20/, etc., so that we can
redirect to the error codes for the appropriate version
of SQLAlchemy in use without going through the catch-all "latest"
link. If a particular version of the docs is no longer on the
site, the redirect will revert to falling through the "latest"
link (which ultimately lands on the current release version,
/13/ at the time of this writing).

Introduced a modules registry to register modules that should be lazily loaded
in the package init. This ensures that they are in the system module cache,
avoiding potential thread safety issues as when importing them directly
in the function that uses them. The module registry is used to obtain
these modules directly, ensuring that the all the lazily loaded modules
are resolved at the proper time
This replaces dependency_for decorator and the dependencies decorator logic,
removing the need to pass the resolved modules as arguments of the
decodated functions and removes possible errors caused by linters.

in trying to apply 2020 copyright to files, the pre-commit
hooks complain about random file issues.
- remove old corrections.py utility, this had something to do
with repairing refs in the sphinx docs
- run pre commit hooks on all files
- formatting adjustments to work around code formatting collisions
(long import lines that zimports can't rewrite correctly)

Added DDL support for "computed columns"; these are DDL column
specifications for columns that have a server-computed value, either upon
SELECT (known as "virtual") or at the point of which they are INSERTed or
UPDATEd (known as "stored"). Support is established for Postgresql, MySQL,
Oracle SQL Server and Firebird. Thanks to Federico Caselli for lots of work
on this one.
ORM round trip tests included. The ORM makes use of existing
FetchedValue support and no additional ORM logic is present for
the basic feature.
It has been observed that Oracle RETURNING does not return the
new value of a computed column upon UPDATE; it returns the
prior value. As this is very dangerous, a warning is emitted
if a computed column is rendered into the RETURNING clause
of an UPDATE statement.

The "threadlocal" execution strategy, deprecated in 1.3, has been
removed for 1.4, as well as the concept of "engine strategies" and the
``Engine.contextual_connect`` method. The "strategy='mock'" keyword
argument is still accepted for now with a deprecation warning; use
:func:`.create_mock_engine` instead for this use case.

Fully removed the behavior of strings passed directly as components of a
:func:`.select` or :class:`.Query` object being coerced to :func:`.text`
constructs automatically; the warning that has been emitted is now an
ArgumentError or in the case of order_by() / group_by() a CompileError.
This has emitted a warning since version 1.0 however its presence continues
to create concerns for the potential of mis-use of this behavior.
Note that public CVEs have been posted for order_by() / group_by() which
are resolved by this commit: CVE-2019-7164 CVE-2019-7548
Added "SQL phrase validation" to key DDL phrases that are accepted as plain
strings, including :paramref:`.ForeignKeyConstraint.on_delete`,
:paramref:`.ForeignKeyConstraint.on_update`,
:paramref:`.ExcludeConstraint.using`,
:paramref:`.ForeignKeyConstraint.initially`, for areas where a series of SQL
keywords only are expected.Any non-space characters that suggest the phrase
would need to be quoted will raise a :class:`.CompileError`. This change
is related to the series of changes committed as part of :ticket:`4481`.
Fixed issue where using an uppercase name for an index type (e.g. GIST,
BTREE, etc. ) or an EXCLUDE constraint would treat it as an identifier to
be quoted, rather than rendering it as is. The new behavior converts these
types to lowercase and ensures they contain only valid SQL characters.
Quoting is applied to :class:`.Function` names, those which are usually but
not necessarily generated from the :attr:`.sql.func` construct, at compile
time if they contain illegal characters, such as spaces or punctuation. The
names are as before treated as case insensitive however, meaning if the
names contain uppercase or mixed case characters, that alone does not
trigger quoting. The case insensitivity is currently maintained for
backwards compatibility.

I7eda77fed3d8e73df84b3651fd6cfcfe858d4dc9, this set of changes
resolves all remaining flake8 conditions for those codes
we have enabled in setup.cfg.
Included are resolutions for all remaining flake8 issues
including shadowed builtins, long lines, import order, unused
imports, duplicate imports, and docstring issues.

This is a straight reformat run using black as is, with no edits
applied at all.
The black run will format code consistently, however in
some cases that are prevalent in SQLAlchemy code it produces
too-long lines. The too-long lines will be resolved in the
following commit that will resolve all remaining flake8 issues
including shadowed builtins, long lines, import order, unused
imports, duplicate imports, and docstring issues.
