- rpm: make rpm now builds RPMs under rpm/ directory.
- src/qpidd.cpp: added --daemon option to run as daemon.
- etc/qpidd: fixed bugs in init.rc script.
- qpidc.spec: fixed rpmlint warnings, added apache URL
