* Thread support is currently broken. This is more likely because of
problems in this module, but suppress those tests for now just the same.
* Add a check to teardown and make sure it restores the LockFile attr.
* _test_acquire_helper: stronger assertion.
* _test_acquire_no_timeout_helper, _test_i_am_locking_helper: the notion of
"i am locking" is different between threaded and non-threaded cases.
* _test_is_locked_helper: use a timeout (might not be necessary once I get
threaded tested working again)
