The test (and the module) would require some

quality hacking time to work on EBCDIC.  Based on
the test results nothing seems to be majorly broken,
the module just seems to have strange assumptions:
got: ''\226\225\205'
expected: ''one'
The \226\225\205 being, of course, 'one', in EBCDIC.
