``ipv6-encap``, ``ipv6-frag``, ``ipv6-icmp``, ``ipv6-nonxt``,
``ipv6-opts``, ``ipv6-route``, ``ospf``, ``pgm``, ``rsvp``, ``sctp``,
``udplite``, ``vrrp`` and integer representations [0-255].

- The ``security group rule list`` command supports displaying
the ICMP type and code for security group rules with the

option to ``--protocol``. Using the ``--proto`` option is still
