  - The ``[DEFAULT]/debug`` configuration option now also enables debug
    logs for the ``ironic-python-agent`` ramdisk. If the ``ipa-debug``
    kernel option is already present in the ``[pxe]/pxe_append_params``
    configuration option, ironic will not overwrite it.
