Default IRONIC_RAMDISK_TYPE to dib
We limit the use of tinyipa to the most intensive jobs:
standalone
grenade
multinode
Also leaving ironic-tempest-ipa-wholedisk-bios-agent_ipmitool-tinyipa
running for now as there could be an issue with the
ironic-python-agent
