Bug#27302459: EMPTY VALUE IN MYSQL.PLUGIN TABLE CAUSES SERVER TO EXIT ON STARTUP
Description:- During server startup, the server exits if
the 'mysql.plugin' system table has any rows with empty
value for the field 'name' (plugin name).
