Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit. Bill Pemberton has done most of the legwork on this series. *	spi: tegra: add spi driver for sflash controller	Laxman Dewangan	2012-11-14	1	-0/+665
	NVIDIA's Tegra20 have the SPI (SFLASH) controller to interface with spi flash device which is used for system boot. Add the spi driver for this controller.
