The exact same check is done by VAPIGEN_CHECK already
Doing it here just breaks the build without introspection because the
ENABLE_VAPIGEN Automake conditional is then undefined

MinGW requires that a prototype be declared for DllMain() before we
can use it, so define it here to fix the build, as the previous patch to
add this did not check for this part. Also fix a build warning on the
DllMain() as a return BOOL was expected.
This patch was checked with Ignacio Quinteiro (Nacho) via e-mail
communication.

glib 2.46.0 complains if you have two test cases with the same name,
but we were testing certain date formats multiple times.

For new headers added this cycle, enforce single includes by only
allowing directly including <libsoup/soup.h>.

This allows using e.g. g_autoptr(SoupSession) in other programs, but
does not make libsoup itself use g_autoptr, or require a new enough glib
to support it.

On Windows, use g_win32_get_package_installation_directory_of_module()
and g_build_filename() to acquire the localedir to find the translations
on Windows, instead of relying on the LOCALEDIR which is hardcoded at
compile time, so that the libsoup DLL can be relocated on Windows with its
translations. Therefore, we define a simple DllMain() which is used to
acquire the proper HMODULE for the purpose.

Some compilers (such as Visual Studio) do not like the notion of a[b],
where b is a variable (or even a const int), so #define the (fixed) digest
length for compute_accept_key() to be 20, and use that, so that things will
build and run in such situations.

snprintf() is not universally available, so use g_snprintf() so that we can
be assured that platforms supported by GLib can compile this file without
problems.

The symbol check should have been doing "LC_ALL=C sort ...", not
"LANG=C sort ...", since LC_ALL overrides LANG.

This eliminates a compiler warning about potentially using uninitialised
variables. It’s not actually possible for this happen (the variables are
only used on conditional paths with the same conditions as those where
they were previously set), but it’s easy enough to make this change to
shut the compiler up.

The *_default_init() function is declared by G_DEFINE_INTERFACE, so
doesn’t have to be declared separately. This eliminates some compiler
warnings.
