Move the kill_conditions enum in apr_thread_proc.h into the
APR namespace. kill_after_timeout et al have been renamed appropriately (e.g., APR_KILL_AFTER_TIMEOUT). Jon Travis pointed this out some weeks ago on dev@apr.apache.org. git-svn-id: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/apr/apr/trunk@63127 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68
