Update transformers submodule to latest v0.5.0.0

`transformers-0.5.0.0` will be the next version of `transformers`
and this is the designated version to be used for GHC 8.0.1

This needs to update the haskeline submodule in order to relax
the upper bound for the major version bump to 0.5
