TTG : complete for balance of hsSyn AST
Summary:
- remove PostRn/PostTc fields
- remove the HsVect In/Out distinction for Type, Class and Instance
- remove PlaceHolder in favour of NoExt
- Simplify OutputableX constraint
Updates haddock submodule
