testsuite: disable 'optllvm' for unregisterised compiler
commit 74615f412ad3de2910a156ff494bfe5497fada7e
("UNREG: ignore -fllvm (Trac #13495)") enabled
'optllvm' tests to be ran in 'make fulltest' mode.
As a result many (~1000) tests fail due to stderr misamatch:

+ Compiler unregisterised, so compiling via C
The change removes 'optllvm' tests for unregisterised compiler.
