Added layout widget for scrolling arbitrarily big areas.
Added plug/socket widgets for interprocess embedding.
These widgets still, at some point, need to be
made more pure in their use of GDK, as opposed
to raw X.
* gtk/testgtk.c: Added test for layout widget.

* gtk/gtkmain.c (gtk_init): fatal warning option is split up now,
"--g-fatal-warnings" causes fatal warnings in GLib,
"--gdk-fatal-warnings" causes fatal warnings in Gdk,
"--gtk-fatal-warnings" causes fatal warnings in Gtk.
* gtk/Makefile.am: define G_LOG_DOMAIN for gtk.
* gdk/Makefile.am: define G_LOG_DOMAIN for gdk.

we need ugly #undef G_LOG_DOMAIN at the start of these files currently,
since automake doesn't support per target _CFLAGS yet.

configuration changes for the above:
- Use AM_PATH_GLIB by default to find glib; also accept
a --with-glib option for using an uninstalled glib.
- Put --enable-debug information into config.h so
that we rebuild when it changes. (was in glibconfig.h)
