* gtk/gtksocket.c
* gtk/gtkplug.c: Splice out backend-dependend parts to separate
files, see below.
* gtk/gtksocketprivate.h
* gtk/gtkplugprivate.h: New files. Declare the backend-specific
functions, and the private backend-independent functions they call
back to.
