Don't use XRRGetScreenResources() as there are performance issues with it.

* gdk/x11/gdkscreen-x11.c (init_multihead): Don't use
XRRGetScreenResources() as there are performance issues with
it. Instead rely on the fact that the RandR information is
propagated through Xinerama as well.
