	docs/Changes-2.0.txt, docs/gtk-config.txt, docs/debugging.txt,
	gdk/TODO: Remove some files whose content is either obsolete or
	has been moved elsewhere.

	* Makefile.am, gtk+.spec.in, docs/Makefile.am: Remove references
	to these files.
