wip: css: Do less work while matchingmatthiasc/css-matching-1
When matching we can take advantage of the fact that
name selectors are mutually exclusive - only one of them
will match, among all the siblings in a tree level. We
can precompute jumps from a tree element to the next
non-name sibling.
