Massive updates to status-icons.page

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-user-docs/-/issues/112

Updated a lot of outdated information. Added new stuff. Linked off to pages.
Replaced bare symbolic icons with images that can work well on different
backgrounds. Wrote a big ol FIXME comment on other stuff to improve.
