Symbolic: tidying and improved rendering

 - tidied up gnome-stencils; moved all icons within a larger canvas area
 - deleted empty and unused elements from gnome-stencils
 - all icons are now dark grey on white to reflect how they are seen in UI
 - organization: moved some mislayered icons
 - render script: now converts all strokes and objects to paths
 - render script: included SVGO step for additional optimization (brings file size way down)
