* compiler-flags.m4 (GNOME_CXX_WARNINGS): Brought C++ language
compliance into line with C language compliance.
Fixed typo (`C' for `C++').
(--enable-iso-cxx): New flag to *permit* -pedantic rather than
requiring it.
