Check sysheaders when looking for Mach and Hurd headers
* sysdeps/mach/configure.ac: Add sysheaders check.
* sysdeps/mach/configure: Regenerate.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/configure.ac: Add sysheaders check.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/configure: Regenerate.
