* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (sysdep_routines): Add signalfd.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/signalfd.c: New file.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sys/signalfd.h: New file.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Versions: Export signalfd for GLIBC_2.7.
