* hurd/hurd/threadvar.h (enum __hurd_threadvar_index): Add
_HURD_THREADVAR_DL_ERROR.
* hurd/Makefile (user-interfaces): Add login, password.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/Makefile (+cflags): Append -Wno-parentheses.
