(\inforef): Move to more appropriate place.
* texinfo.tex (\inforef): Move to more appropriate place.
(\pounds): Remove spurious extra $.
(\email): Typeset argument in angle brackets.
(\macro): Use \doignore for robustness, instead of just letting TeX
parse the argument.
(\unmacro): Define.
