* posix/wordexp.c (parse_comm): Allow quoting inside $(...).
(parse_param): Fold in Andreas' fixes to do with when the end of
the parameter name has been reached, and quoting inside ${...}.
(parse_dollars): Fix differentiation between $(((1+3)*(4-2))) and
$((echo);(ls)).
