Update.
* libio/iolibio.h (_IO_freopen): Correct last parameter to
_IO_file_open.
(_IO_freopen64): Likewise.
Reported by simanek@quantum.karlov.mff.cuni.cz [PR libc/2326].
* elf/elf.h: Add a few more EM_* constants.
