Update.
* inet/arpa/inet.h: Don't include <sys/types.h>. Define socklen_t
if not already happened.
* inet/netinet/in.h: Don't include <sys/types.h>, use <bits/types.h>.
Don't include <limits.h> and <bits/sockaddr.h>.
